Need Opinion on Shipping Prices

Need an opinion for my shipping prices. its pricey to ship canvases, so should I list my painting normal and normal shipping, or take money off shipping and add it to my price?
example: I have a painting listed at 70, with shipping at 38 US, 40 Mexico and Canada, and 60 Everywhere else. Or, I could change it to Price at 93, Shipping at 15 US, 17 Canada and Mexico, and 37 everywhere else.

What do you think?

Some of my items are expensive to ship because of their weight and size. If you check my listings you'll see how I handle shipping costs. I charge the maximum rate and then refund if costs are less than that. I generally offer "Outside U.S. Shipping" but let the buyer contact me so I can figure out exact costs to their location. Although for small items I have those costs listed.

I don't make money on shipping, but I hate to lose money on it too.

I can't figure out why etsy doesn't have a shipping calculator it sure would make life easier for sellers and buyers.

I agree with Steve, Etsy should have a calculator, it does hard sometimes.

But the way I do it..... if its a small canvas under 8x10"size its usually about $4 if that can fit in a small envelop or little box (keep in mind about the weight) What I learn about international shipping that all about the weight and a dimentions of the box, the bigger then more expensive.

Also, always use First Class International Parcel for foreign packages, does much better price, like from US to Australia on First Class INt Parcel can be $18 and with Priority Mail would be $64 the same box, huge difference!

And, canvases 8x10" I ship in a boxes to be safer, and cost usually $8-$12.
Size 11x14" usually $10-$17 around US.
Even glass framed art can cost about $8-15
