First congratulations on your new shop and sales! Try not to focus on reviews.. although they are important, they are not anything to stress over, as a matter of fact 3 reviews on your first 19 sales is an awesome start! Some like myself didn't see reviews until many more sales came.
Some people don't want to be bothered with reviews and some people do not find it easy to leave a review.. people are busy and some think of it as if their personal info will be disclosed.. I say that because I know a couple of people that have told me as much.
So keep doing what your doing and the reviews WILL come
