Inkjet Waterslide Decals for Fine Art Tiles

Looking for tips on applying inkjet waterslide decals on porcelain tiles. I have an Epson R2000 using pigment inks which when cured helps against bleeding. I have used the Krylon gloss coat on the printed image, cured it for hours or overnight, I have used Mod Podge when the other failed. I keep getting white spots or `crazing' after the decal has been applied. The decals look much more professioal but I have wasted time and money on my attempts. Only thing I did right was applying without stretching or wrinkles! Anybody got some pro tips? Suggestions on brands of decals?
