Information from mixed media artists needed on cancellations and refunds please

Hi to all mixed media artists,

Do you accept cancellations and what is your stance on issuing refunds, please?

I've set up my shop policies but so far have only got 1 sale after opening my shop in 2021 (the biggest waste of time ever). 

I thought I'd give it one last shot over Christmas after revising my shop policies.

Hi Gemma,

I took a look at your shop and it looks great! You have videos in your listings and seem to be using the allotted number of pics. One thing I would try and play with is your SEO. Fiddle with the keywords in your titles and descriptions. Your titles seem to be what you would want to call them IN a gallery or other showing but on Etsy, they need to be a blur of seemingly unrelated words but are keywords to catch the eye of the algorithm. I would suggest looking at similar art on the site that has sales and success and using some of the same keywords in your titles and descriptions.

Ryan, Thank you so much for taking the time to reply and for your suggestions, which I shall follow up. My titles are integral to the artwork and I’m not great at squeezing my creativity into an algorithm, but I’ll have a play and see. Thanks again! Best, Gemma
