My name is Valerie.
I have a tot of 144 sales & 47 review in total. That's mean that only 33% of my customers leave a review, or in other words, only 3 clients outta 10 leave a review.
Id like to improve this metrics and increase the ratio at around 50%
May you share with me some effective methods you used for increasing proactivity from clients.
Of my aim is to receive 5stars only review. I don't think who don't left a feedback is not satisfied,since it often happen that they reach mr me in private (even in another socials) for sharing pics & telling me they like what they received.
