HEADS UP! Important Changes Coming to Promotional Games
Hey everyone,
We wanted to give you an early heads up that some important changes are on the way regarding how we can use the Etsy Teams platform. It appears that interactive promotional activities such as Fav-a-thons, Add-to-Cart-A-Thons, and similar games may soon no longer be allowed on Etsy Teams due to updated platform policies.
These games have been a huge part of how we support, promote, and uplift one another as small business owners and creatives. They've helped boost visibility, engagement, and even sales for many of us. So first we want to say THANK YOU for being part of this journey and for making our community so vibrant and inspiring.
That said, we’re not letting this stop the momentum we’ve built together. We’re already working on relocating these games to new platforms where we can continue to grow and support each other with more freedom and fewer restrictions.

This is a trial to test how these platforms perform for our community. It may be temporary we don’t know yet if it will work long-term or if these will become permanent homes. So please bear with us as we experiment, and help shape what’s next.
