HELP IMPROVE THE ART TEAM!

Allegedly, Etsy gives "more weight to real, organic placed Faves from a searching buyer, as opposed to click click click faves from fellow team members/sellers." This is to prevent skewing relevancy rating that could come from hundreds of favourites. Even if most of us sellers are also buyers.

So, what can we do to help each other boost sales if viewing, faving, and other games don't help anymore? Please post your suggestions here and we'll try them out. THANKS!!!

**** IMPORANT NOTICE from a fellow Etsyan****

You may want to check your policies.

Without notice, Etsy had a policy default set up that to accept returns and exchanges. The default is set to:

1. Request return within 2 weeks
2. 30 day return policy

You have to go to Settings > Info and Appearance > Policies to change it if you want to.

Do not know when it took effect and I only found this out today.

Craziness that there was no announcement for this mass default change.

Good evening,everyone.
I'm new on your team and on etsy as well. I honestly try to like and view all the member's works. But it takes me all my day and even part of the night :( I don't understand where to find the time to continue to create :( I honestly don't know how other people get to be constantly present in all conversations and create their works at the same time. I wanted to stop participating in all the teams today but accidentally I found your group and this conversation.

Would it be possible to delete old team threads here? There are over 300 pages, and sometimes to find what I want to post to, I've had to go thru at least 10 pages (this one was on page 9 and I didn't even know it existed). These are current, but there are threads at the end going back to 2011, with many just being single posts saying thanks for the team invitation. There are also many, many repeat threads (like for posting new items, etc), and its hard to know which to actually post to any more. Just seems like we could all be more efficient if we posted to the same thread, instead of just the same kind here and there.

Just my opinion. Thanks for having a place to give it. I really like this team, so want the best for it!
