As you may have noticed, the new Etsy Team/Forum have experience LOTS of issues since it's rollout in February 2019.  This has caused a lot of issues for promoting, sales, communication, etc.  Please let Etsy know you want these issues fixed by posting at:

I would just like to preface this message by saying THANK YOU! Yesterday was the first time I ever posted in an Etsy community type ordeal and the feedback and "likes" was resounding! I literarily spent an hour coming back here trying to favorite everyone's shop and then hours later people were still "hearting" my posts. So, I'll do my best to reach everyone again!
