As you may have noticed, the new Etsy Team/Forum have experience LOTS of issues since it's rollout in February 2019.  This has caused a lot of issues for promoting, sales, communication, etc.  Please let Etsy know you want these issues fixed by posting at:

Etsy shops are being hurt by unnecessary political changes being made to the US Postal Service.  Shipping is being delayed by several day and even weeks.  Customers leaving bad reviews.  Many aren't buying at all concerned items will never arrive.

Bless her, sending my love to your doggie as a dog owner/lover myself! My eldest has just gone blind quite quickly all of a sudden but he's sharp and adapting fast, knows his way around his regular routes with only the odd mis step lol, hope you get the problem solved quickly!
