Hello All, I’m an active Etsy seller as well as a local paint n sip instructor. One of my students is selling those paintings on her Etsy shop. Here https://www.etsy.com/shop/BlueIslandLifestyle?ref=condensed_trust_header_title_sold

Seems to me that is infringing on my work. 
Can I ask her to cease? I would like some feedback as to how to proceed. Thank you!!

Just to clarify, are you saying she came to one of your paint and sip sessions, painted something herself, and is now trying to sell it?

Or are saying she lifted some of your designs from your shop that you created and is trying to sell them as her own?

Thank you for responding. This person painted them herself in my class and is now trying to sell them as her own on here. They are my original designs.
