It is truly a source of wonder to me that any artist or crafter sees this day as the kickoff to the holiday season; we're not big box stores with warehouses full of inventory. With the exception of a limited selection we have in stock, our order deadline for Christmas delivery is already past. And anyone in this business running a sale at this time of year does nothing but devalue what we all do. For many years at arts & crafts shows, and online since we've had an online presence, the holiday buying upswing has started the first full weekend after the Fourth of July. If you want to boost holiday sales you need to be ready for it by then.

Why are my digital PDF files not able to be downloaded by my buyers? they have been created in MSWord. Does this have anything to do with it from my end?
