Is the heat getting to you

Hi Guys,
I assume that you have all been asleep, as I have not heard from any of you about any problems etc. How do you like the heat in the UK at the moment, they say it is here for another month.
Try and keep cool and drink plenty of water.

Talking to quiet a lot of older people, like myself and my wife they all say that the heat is getting to them with tiredness and no energy, when in doors we have our fan on all the time.
