Unhandled exception has occurred in your application

Hi,
I Installed Zetsy app in my PC and when trying to open the app window I always got an error window "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application....."
I cannot do and action on the app I always got this error.

please advise,

Does this error occur upon the initial start-up? Another user just reported to us an error which will occur if the shop name is incorrect when you first start-up the program. If it is try entering our shops name miladycreations into the shop name field or check to make sure your shop name is correct. I'm guessing that spaces in the name may be the culprit. . That will at least allow start-up of the program. If I'm understanding correctly the application is not starting up correctly? Or is it another window that is not opening?
