We sign the exe files from a trusted source which is the usual flag for such things. Does Webroot state why it does not trust the program or anything that can done?
This program has multiple safe guards to prevent unwanted actions. Unlike many programs everything Zetsy does you see first on the LOCAL copy before they are uploaded to your shop. You can back-up your entire shop and if some reason something really goes wrong, items like descriptions and titles can be recovered.
Currently Etsy has made changes to inventory (prices and quantity). If your shop has went over to the new version and contains variations I would NOT use Zetsy for prices and quantity. I'm working on this and hope to bring these functions back as quickly as possible.
