(1) Added a separate shipping template download option which normally is OFF. This should prevent the issues being seen with downloading shipping templates which don't exist. Messages of successfull downloads moved to an output box to take out a "click" the user had to do to.
(2) Fixed the download button in the Image Edit function and added a bit more help on the screen. Prevented errors from occurring if the shop was not authorized.
(3) Additions to Report and Catalog Output. Modification of existing templates are now possible through the new Modify function which allows custom modification. This is anew feature, and a complex one, so this feature will have some bugs in it.
