Missing variation option after editing item price => Error listing

Hello,

Firstly thank you guys for a very useful app as well as your kind support to all sellers.

So I tried to use Zetsy to edit the pricing of some of my clothing items. My original clothing listings consist of a "Size - Unisex Adults" variations and nested under are the sizes from S to 5XL. After editing and uploading using Zetsy, the price of each sizes was successfully changed, however the Variation option was missing in all of the chosen listings. Without this information, the listing is considered an error listing and I had a hard time fixing the listings one by one...

Is this a known issue to Zetsy ? Or is there any option or setting, which I don't know, that could help to keep the Variation information while batch-changing the price ?

This is bug that I was not aware of. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I have had this issue with some variations in the past, and this seems to indicate that at least in this instance its not working correctly. Unfortunately its not possible for me to test every variation possible. I will look into this and get back with you.
I will look at your shop and set-up a couple of test lsitings and see if I can replicate the error.

Thanks for your insight. I would be surely looking forward to a solution to this because I planned to adjust the price for a sale event this month. Let me know if you have any trouble replicating the error. I had tried several times and it's the same result.

I'm having the same issue, while trying to edit the pricing of my listings, I am choosing "Decrease Price", however there is no box, next to it, to add or decrease the prices.
