Message after loading new update

Should I reply ok to this message, it came up when I clicked to load my shop.

Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

This doesn't make an since to me. Does anyone know what this means.

Re: Message after loading new update

This is a programming error caused by an incorrect initialization. Clicking OK is fine, but might result in missing "something".
I just uploaded a new version lasy night, so is this the result of the new version?
As you probably know Etsy has rolled out big changes in how they handle inventory. The new version is our first attempt at trying to deal with all these changes.
It would be helpful to know when you encountred this error.

Thanks

Re: Message after loading new update

The message did not come up this morning. I do have another problem. I was trying to change my tags and got this message when I pressed upload.
Token is required for all private method calls.
I hit yes and nothing happened, than I hit NO and it took me out of Zetsy.

I have another question: Are you changing your program to allow for changing of Attributes.

Re: Message after loading new update

Fixed this problem. All of this is happening because I had to sign up again after the new update was loaded. When I did try my change the private method calls message came up and I replied to add my authorization which I guess didn't work. I went to the tools and got my shop authorized.

Re: Message after loading new update

Usually you don't have to reauthorize, but this update changed a lot of things including my security certificate which I just renewed.
If you look at the lower left bottom tray you should see a key with your shops name. This is telling you that the sjop listed is "authorized". I foget this my self sometimes!
