Etsy/Woocommerce Integration

Is there any way possible to integrate Etsy with Woocommerce to synchronise my product inventory? This would be a super useful feature.

Yes there is. I am currently working on this for our web site which is woocommerce based.

Absolutely would love to help out in anyway we can on this. We currently have a custom integration to our POS system into Woocommerce to enable Stock Sync. Have quite a bit of experience with DB's and Microsoft access.

So is it possible with this to sync and send an order from Etsy to WooCommerce? Because that's exactly what I have to do manually with every order

I'm not sure why you need to send an order to Woocommerce unless it is to sync inventory. From that standpoint it makes sense
Are uou wanting all of the orders in one place ?
I'm working on an inventory management system which will look at Etsy inventory and compare it to woocommerce inventory. Adjustments then can be made,
Some of this is in the current Zetsy program but is undocumented. The current approach is actually have this has a seperate program. Zetsy will work with Etsy files but will download the information in a manner which can work with a master Ecommerce program. I hope to release more information on this soon.

Is anyone close or found a solution to fully sync Woocommerce inventory with Etsy? Ideally I need a solution which allows to bulk upload to Etsy and tell Woocommerce when a sale is made on Etsy.

Frankly, I had hoped to have had hoped to have a beta posted by now. I have been delayed because we are also integrating a point of sale into the mix as well.
I have had to add some editing functions on the woo commerce side as well.
There is at least one commercial version called webguilty which states it will do this. I have not tried it myself.
I can tell you the first version related to Zetsy will be a manual sync to begin with.
