Error when retrieving shop listings

You may encounter errors when downloading listings. This is caused by an Etsy call which does not appear to be functioning tonight. I have released a new version which programs around this error. This was a planned release for latter which is now occurring earlier than I wanted.
To get this just call up Zetsy and close it. On the second program opening an automatic download will occur. If you continue to observe errors let me know. I'm also trying to figure out what changed.

I get an error saying nullable subject must have a value?

I just downloaded this app the other day so today is the first that I'm playing around with it.

That error can occur when something in the listings is expected to have an error and does not. It would be helpful if you could tell me what part of the program you were in when you obtained the error. This way I can find it and fix it. If you run into any issues just let us know. We also have a blog button with some ways of using the program. Thanks for trying the program!

I'm synching again now.

But when the error occurred it was during the sync shop.

I will let you know if it does it again.

OK it did it just now.

Its on the same spot every time.
Bottom of the window says "adding lsiting 100834196 in database: cnt 145"

then the error pops up and the sync stops.

The app is exactly what I need for our store. Maybe this error is user error? (as in me)

I don't think its a user error. Your information is exactly what I need to troubleshoot. My guess is something about this listing is causing an error. I'll let you know what I find. Thanks again for the info!

I was able to download all of your active listings successfully (at least I think). it was a total count to 146. I could not find the listing in question. Are you downloading more than the active listings ( on the main screen you can download inactive and sold listings). The program will always download the active listings first when requested. Listings other than "active" require you to give Zetsy authorization to retrieve these. Have you done this its through Tools : Give authorization on the menu.? The good news / bad news with a desktop application like Zetsy is that NO ONE other than you can download and see this information. It makes troubleshooting more challenging for me but give an better security for all. My advice is to make sure only active listings are checked now and see if that works. If it does, add back the other checks and lets see what happens, Make sure when that in the lower left hand corner you see a key symbol and the words Priv Access.
Under Tools : Check Zetsy Operations is a program self check whcih runs through a bunch of basic stuff to make sure everything is working. You should get no errors when this is ran.
It also could have been an Etsy glitch which has corrected itself. let me know what happens.
