Creating A Report

Hi there,

I'm new to Zetsy, just trying to get my feet wet, but I think it's a great opportunity. Specifically, I'm interested in creating a catalog.

I am currently on the website, looking at the tutorial for creating a report, and have run into some issues. I updated the program options to have Zetsy download the necessary images, as is described in the tutorial, as well as downloaded my CSV file. When I go to create the report, an error message pops up:
"Error when trying to populate the datasource. The following exception was thrown: Not a valid file name."

Did I save my CSV file incorrectly? Or is it because I do not have Microsoft Office installed on my computer?

Please help, as I would love to utilize this program!

Sorry for the slow response but I've been buried with work with my day job. You do not need Office to run the program. Not a valid filename is a strange error and I'll have to do some troubleshooting on this

I've sent you a sample pdf. I did not run into the error here, so some more troubleshooting is in order. Let me know which catalog template you are using.
