Can't get this to work.

Please help I cannot get Zetsy to work. The Zetsy Check says that there are issues but I cannot figure out what they are and how to resolve them.

When I tried to download, it only downloaded 60 listings... I have 620.

Please help.

I believe your having issues because the granting of access privileges was not successful. When you bring up the program a key ay the bottom of the page on the left side should say "Priv Access". I have some information here : http://zimpro.co/blog/zetsy-installation-and-troubleshooting/.
My guess is that you have listings with multiple variations. Zetsy CAN handle this but it needs the private access to do so. You can redo this access by using the menu item Tools followed by Grant Private access.
This access is only between the program on your computer and Etsy. I have no access to this info - good from a security aspect, bad from a troubleshooting aspect.

Thanks for getting back to me. I checked and the "Priv Access" is displayed.

I tried granting the access again. When I tried to sync again it still only downloaded only 60 NEW listings.

I uninstalled and reinstalled and tried again.... same thing.

I checked and made sure it was added to firewall to allow access.

The check Zetsy operations screen only has active list download and shop info download checked as well as appears as an administrator.

I have performed the Remove OLEDB errors function.

I have also tired on a different machine with the same results.

the version is 5.4.27.1
