Social Media Manager

Hello,

My name is Kelcie Saunders and I am a social media manager. Nowadays, social media is a huge part of growing and maintaining a business.

What I do:
I do not set up sites but I manage the existing platforms for the company. I generally like to take a look at your stats (how many followers, customer feedback, etc.) and I go from there. I update the social media platforms all throughout the week. It is key to stay connected throughout each week to keep people connected and interred. This boosts sales, also because you can post when there are sales, coupons, giveaways, new arrivals, etc.

I also set up contests and giveaways as a way to boost the company's following.

If you want me to manage a blog (which I highly recommend!), I like to post weekly favorites (from the shop,) new arrivals, and posts that relate to what is being sold. I connect Facebook with blogs. When a blog post goes up during the week, a Facebook status is made with a link, a message, and a photo. On Facebook, I like to keep things more personal. I post statuses about her arrivals, current events with the shop or shop owner, questions (such as: what are your plans this weekend?) customer photos, and so much more. Really, the possibilities are endless with what we can do.

I personally like to work with the shop owner so we can create the perfect "plan" so we can increase business and customer/potential customer following. Although our goal is to increase sales, social media isn't only about money. It is so important to use these tools to connect.
