I Think WordPress is Counting Me....

In the stats for Wordpress, it seems like it must be counting me as a view every time I look at my own page, even though I'm logged in! Anyone else suspecting they have this problem?

If you're using Jetpack stats you may need to reconfigure your settings.

Thanks, but I'm just using the wordpress.com provided stats option; I don't think it's Jetpack. (Sorry, I'm definitely a newbie at this!)
For example, there are views on my blog today, but no search engine brought them there, and there are no referral website. So where did they come from?

if you read the documentation
http://en.support.wordpress.com/stats/, your visits won't be counted if you are logged in.

If you are getting views - not referrals or search traffic, it would be form direct traffic.
