Making a line sheet

I have been approaching several business about carrying my products, I have had some takers and lots of retailors asking for more information. I have never made a line sheet with my product range and wholesale information can anyone help point me in the right direction so that I can make a more professional impression.
Thanks

Re: Making a line sheet

Its really just an easy way for buyers to see what you have.
Its literally a sheet of paper (or online doc) that has a photo and info and price.

it can have the wholesale & retail price, dimensions, color options, sizes etc.
Just organize the info in a concise and easy to read kind of catalog, or brochure. Except a line sheet is not a brochure because its concise.

I just uploaded an example of mine that was a template from trunkt. I took out the pricing, but you can see the format here:

I decided to give them each a number (#101 etc) just so it would be easy to discuss them this way.

Hope this helps you a little!

Re: Making a line sheet

Great examples. Thanks.

I'm wondering how to make it work for me since my fabrics are always changing. Maybe use a photo of assorted bags same size and price but different fabrics. And separate them by size and price.

Re: Making a line sheet

Anita, I've seen line sheets that will have the main product at the top of a page (so they can see the style of the product), and then the rest of the page will have "swatches" of the different fabric patterns that style is available in.

I do something kind of similar. For example, I have a full page just for mineral foundations. I have a main picture with a couple different jars so they can see the packaging. Then the rest of the page has smaller photos for the individual shades that are available.
