Hi,
I would love any feedback on making my shop better. Also I was contacted by a lady who wanted to buy my shop name Katzenjammer in 2011. She contacted me twice and I never responded. Today I just found she has decided to use my shop name as her own. I wasn't aware one could take a shop name already in use.
Any advice on shop and or shop name helpful.
