Who here uses monitor calibration or camera white/color balance techiques?

I use a Datacolor Spyder-3 Pro Monitor Calibrator for my monitor.
I have had great results with it. Consistent prints and pleasing colors.
I haven't yet gotten anything to help white/color balance my camera yet.
What do you suggest?
