Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Anyone is free to start a thread...discuss away! The pinned threads are ones that myself and my lead(s) determine need to be seen first, they change often.
2. Kindness is #1 in our team. Anything less than this will not be tolerated and you will be instantly removed.
3. When we have Discussion threads such as for Holiday listings...when you go into the thread and you post some items...PLEASE REMEMBER to go back and click FAV/LIKE on other items your teammates have posted there as well. Otherwise...what is the point? :) We are posting items to have other team members fav them...so it is important to share and show support. I always encourage a little note stating that you have fav'd some or all of the shops through your post so that we know you are actively working!
4. BNS/BNR info is posted in a thread. Read through it. If you have any questions message me or better yet, post it in the thread so anyone can respond.
5. Facebook...if you have a FB page business or personal and you want extra communication....be sure you see our thread with the link and you join in. We can chat there in realtime, post items and also like and show love on your own FB biz page.
6. Shop Spotlights...these are special and important. If you want to have your shop featured we select from the list of those that are actively participating in showing support of the shop features each week. This can often increase your visibility for your shop when you are featured by 300% in that week. So it's worth it. Sale or not...it gets your name out there and this is the name of the 'game' here on Etsy.
7. You are here to have fun...but must come back, participate and communicate regularly in order to make the team work for you. I am a firm believer and can assure you that your work at getting people to view your team, view others and being supportive will pay off. It helps bring awareness to your shop and this is how you can get your shop in front of your buying customer.
