how should i categorize Etsy deposits?

How should I categorize the deposits that go into my checking account that are already being accounted for with the individual Etsy sales transactions?

I've created a "net sales deposits" category for deposits that come from Etsy, Square, Stripe, etc. that already have fees taken out.

With Etsy deposits, I create a new expense equal to the deposit, select both the deposit and the expense, and do a transfer. This makes it so the weekly deposit is not counted as income or expense.
