Integration not working with Etsy?

I'm getting this error when I try to integrate Wave with Etsy:

This tool is for Etsy shop owners who sell products. To have your Etsy purchases import into Wave, try using the PayPal integration, or connecting the bank or credit card you used to buy your products.

Anyone else?

I submitted a ticket with Wave about this 4 days ago. Still no response, is this dead? I really don't want to go back to Outright

Yay! I set up with Etsy but it is only showing this year's sales not last years. I guess I won't be using it for my taxes this year. Too much to figure out anyway.

I have someone locally who can help me get set up properly. I'm planning on setting up a meeting once my taxes are all squared away.

She does work remotely with people either by skype or phone so if the process is wonderful I'll put her info up here.

Are you using it for taxes now or just going forward?

I was going to use this for taxes, but I notice that it doesn't go back to 2013. I guess going forward for now :)

Should it take over an hour to connect with etsy and integrate when starting a new account? Paypal went super fast. Thought it was locked up but I have deleted and restarted the import and still taking forever.

Still waiting for something to happen. ugh!

Just bumping it up... My integration with Etsy is taking a century too... What is happening? Anyone from wave has better solution for this?

Still not working. Wave has also been removed from Etsy's App Marketplace... so wondering if that has something to do with it.

In the meantime, you may want to consider the option of uploading statements directly from your Etsy account if that is viable for you.

So thankful to have just found this thread. I have been trying to set this up all morning and getting so frustrated that the Etsy transactions won't load. Did anyone ever find resolution to this?

I finally got it to work, but I had to log in differently. Somehow I found this URL

http://my.waveapps.com If you login there, Etsy works. NOt sure why.

WHat I did was google Wave and Etsy Integration to try to find out if any new info was out and came across that. I clicked on it and logged in and was able to see my transactions from Etsy.

I've tried integrating by going through my.waveapps.com as well as waveapps.com. After letting both go for 30 minutes I've given up.

As much as I like the idea of using the program because it connects well to my bank account I'm about ready to go back to using an Excel spreadsheet.

Has anyone been able to integrate Etsy without taking a long time?

hello ! I've just started using Wave, had the same problem as you Theresa and contacted their support team - I was advised to clear the cache and delete cookies, etc and it actually worked after that! everything was imported really fast - hope that helps

I have everything imported into wave now. But looking for hot tips on how to handle etsy bills. I like the breakdown into fees and shipping that my bill provides, but my paypal payment of the bill does not. Do I merge them? Do I split the paypal payment into parts that reflect the bill?
