Getting all the feedback from all your sales, is hard. I am around 60%, but most sellers, get around 50% or less.
I do two things: I print on the back of my cards that are then attached to the customers package..."It would be lovely if you could leave feedback and we will do the same"
Also, I try to let the customer, leave feedback first, to encourage that they take the time to leave it for me.
It is a tough one because it takes a bit of time on our end. But is seems either people don't know how or just don't do it. For example; Some just right me a email feedback..
Or sometimes I get feedback several months after the item was bought.
You could try to send out an email to the customers, that you know were happy?
I struggle with this one too.
