About a month ago i purchased a engagement ring off a store called paras jain (unique Gemstone) i was a little skeptical because the seller did not respond to me, Once i got a response i was told my ring was finished and made and would be sent out the following day.
3 weeks later the ring came and it was a completely different colour to what i had ordered, so the seller insisted i pay him 20USD and he will get a new ring out to me, So another week goes past and constant emails coming over wondering what is going on.
He sends me a picture of the ring and again, its the completely the opposite to what i requested, so i requested that i get my money back however he starts trying to sell me another ring and then is refusing to send my money back.
The seller is still refusing to give my money back until i give his shop good feedback? which is not going to happen.
Etsy still have the original ring as in transit even though i received it, I have contacted etsy support but they cant do anything for me and told me to open a case with paypal which has been done.
Can anyone help me in this situation and has anyone ever experienced this before with any sellers? I feel i am kind of stuck right now and i just want my money back but the seller will not give my money back unless i provide good feedback, however i do not want this seller to do this to someone else.
If anyone can help that would be great.
