'Save and continue' freezes in How you'll get paid...

I am trying to open my shop, and the "save and continue" button simply does not word. When I click it after filling all the required fields, it just freezes and nothing happenes.

I tried to use both Chrome and Firefox and still having this problem. What can be the solution?
