What can you tell me about this pattern?

I have recently added a new pattern to my collection that stumps me a little bit. The original clear envelope says W. T. Grant and the illustration looks like 1930's. My problem is there are so few references to these patterns online and I want to know as much as I can about it.
There was only one other W.T. Grant pattern on the Vintage Pattern Wiki until I added mine:

The only thing I know so far is that W.T. Grant was a department store that I've never heard of.

Yes it's a department store. There's lots of info on eBay, just plug W. T. Grant into you search box. Actually some nice photos there too. I knew a lady who worked for Grants for years in New Jersey.
