I need the torso to be cut exactly like that. The skirt I need knee length and ankle length options, because I want to make a removable long skirt to go underneath the short skirt.
Any era. It doesn't matter if it's a day dress, evening gown, or lingerie pattern. This is a rough draft of the exact shape of my, hopefully, future wedding dress. I'm looking for something less than $10. If I can get it less than $10 my entire wedding dress would cost less than $20.

How much are you willing to alter the pattern? I believe there is a modern Vogue sundress pattern that has that sort of midriff shaping, but it has either a wider strap or a halter strap. I think it is 8633, but I will double check!

Also, I hope I am allowed to say this here, Sewing.patternreview.com, has thousands of talented seamstresses who would probably be able to help you find a suitable pattern in a heartbeat. :]

Simplicity 6292 has a similar fitted bodice but flows into an a-line skirt... you'd have to lose the sleeves, etc. Here's a link...

Just saw this in another thread here, this has the upper bust line you are looking for, but pretty much nothing else--it has flared gores rather than a midriff but it does have similar lines:
