I have been trying for 2 days to send a completed purchase and when I click complete the button does not activate. It's a sewing pattern and it requires a tracking number. Here in Canada it is a letter size and not a package. There is no tracking number for a letter, only if there is a signature to receive it. I chose the Other option and still request tracking. How to solve this problem.
