Roll back int'l shipping increases and fix the post office in meaningful ways, ie not on the backs of small businesses.
The USPS is broken, but not because of anything they've done. Instead, Congress, special interests, and politics have prevented them from running their business like any other business would.
Recently (1/27/13), international postage rates were increased on average 58%, but to some countries the increase more than doubled. This hurts small business owners and doesn't fix the core problems the USPS is facing. I could enumerate them, but they're outlined very succinctly right here:
