First Edition Finds

We recently discovered 2 first edition books at an antique store being sold for $1! They are listed on our shop page for sale at around $50 each.

1. The Olive Tree, by Aldous Huxley, 1939
2. The Golden Alter, by Joan Sutherland, 1929

Never know what you'll find out there! They are beautiful books. Hoping they will go to a great home where the owner will appreciate them for what they are!

I found this FIRST EDITION treasure at a library bag sale....
Needless to say, I was shocked at its appraisal! Now I really have to inspect every book I find.
