Book Inventory Apps or Programs You Use

it's gotten to the point that I need to keep better track of my inventory, mostly to save time if I have to relist something from Ebay and to keep track of pricing. Does anyone here use an app or program for book inventory? How do you like them? Any advice?

Excellent question - I have been searching for one too. Currently I only use Excel because you can program formulas, make templates, etc. But I would love to have something faster. I think Abe Books has a book inventory download but I wasn't able to get it working properly..

We've tried a variety of programs, including one that allowed us to scan the ISBN barcode ...
bottom line that I've resorted to is the excel spreadsheet. old fashioned and trustworthy.

of course, I guess if you really want old fashioned you could create a card catalog of sorts with index cards ... (slow, huh)

Thanks for your responses. I started with using Excel, but I've never warmed up to it and then it expired, so all I do now is keep a running list in an InDesign document. Not ideal, but easy to search through.
