We've discussed the issue directly, but just in case anyone else encounters the same thing, I'll explain here as well.
Basically we are able to support all top-level and sub-categories without issue. However, the category "Craft & Tools" contains one multi-select options dropdown, which at this time we cannot due to limitations within Etsy's current API.
We're working to resolve this and once support I'll be sure to post an update.
