Not Syncing??

Just did a bulk edit and isn't syncing ???? The Apply tab doesn't seem to be working, cannot click on it?

Actually I managed to sort out that problem but now it's stuck and not syncing at all. Just shows "Saving to Vela at 0%. Syncing will start to Etsy when complete??????????? Anyone please advise.

It's not working for me either. They seem to have slow downs every now and then, this is probably one of those slow downs, it's probably like this for everyone trying to sync right now.

Hey there, apologies for the issue, but we've had a ton of activity in the platform this morning, so the sync queue has gotten a little backed up, which causes a delay in the amount of time it takes to load listings.

Things are starting to settle down and should be back to normal soon, but I'd suggest signing out (by clicking the three dots in the bottom left hand corner) and then try signing in again after an hour or so.

My bulk updates still haven't worked. I noticed that when I clicked on one item I could see my update and then it disappeared and went back to how it was before???

Hello

I have just joined and have done a find and replace for my whole shop. The sinc "wheel" is going around at the bottom.
Could you tell me how long it usually takes to do a 200 item shop please?

It's not working for me too. It's stuck to "Saving to Vela" at 0% since 5 hours.
I guess there's an issue going on, hopefully they will be able to fix it soon :)

Apologies for the earlier issues, but we were implementing some updates overnight (EST) when these updates were being synced, which appears to have created a conflict.

Everything should be fine now, but please let me know (via our in-app chat tool) if anything else comes up.
