My name is Robi. I live in the Spring Mountains at 7200 feet in Southern Nevada. I stopped eating mammals in 1990 because my horse's big brown eyes reminded me of a cow's. I slowly weaned myself off poultry by 2000. I do eat dairy products, but that's as close as I get to animals. I have seven cats, a snake, a horse and a dog. I also feed countless feral cats that live up here. I have three Etsy shops---the one here that is crocheted clothing, a jewelry shop(nevadawoods) and a bridal accessory shop (bridal on a budget). I am a vegetarian because of my love for animals. I am looking forward to meeting all of you.

Glad you joined....nice to meet you! That's cool you have all those animals, I stopped eating meat because of my love for animals too. We have 3 dogs, a cat, & two frogs.

Hi everyone!!! New here! Although I deeply love animals that's not the reason I don't eat meat :) I have never really liked the taste or texture meat has!!! One time I bit into some chicken and I got some fat! I gagged all the way to the garbage can!!!! anyway.................I have 9 indoor cats,4 dogs,2 ducks,and 4 chickens :) yes! I really love animals :) :) :)

nice to meet you. I'm new also and a vegetarian. I'm not really sure how it happened but i have 3 dogs and 5 cats. I stopped eating meat because of a movie - it totally killed my appetite for meat of any kind. I dont miss it a bit.
