UT business license?

I keep hearing different things. As an Etsy Shop owner in UT are we required to have a business license?

Some of have told me that you only need one if you make a certain amount of money, but others have said everyone needs one?

Does anyone know what the rules really are?

Thanks for all the tips, Jen, I'll have to check your links out.

I just was accepted to another craft fair that won't be supplying temp tax licenses. Hopefully I can tack it onto my farmer's market license or will have to get my business registered, so far since opening my etsy shop only $1.03 in utah tax. Seems like they are milking a stone.
