Taking it to the next level

Hi all!
I am enjoying being apart of this great community. I have just recently joined teams and found how valuable the whole experience has been.

I want to take my etsy business to a new level. I have been selling consistantly since september but it seems to be the mercy sell. I make money on this but I see so many other like shops selling higher prices more often.

What practices do you all recommend to people to get them from a occasional seller to a HOT HOT HOT seller?

(I would totally love to have a goal of $100 a week on etsy.)

I think one of the most important things you can do is optimize your announcement, shop sections, item descriptions, tags for search engines! SEO is the most effective tool available for getting your product seen.

Another technique used by the busiest sellers is relisting. I personally have not started doing it yet, but I know I will be once I get my inventory where I want. Right now only a small fraction of what I have to sell is listed. There are lots of great articles out there and some are here in our thread 'Success on Etsy' and also on our page on the blog called "Our 'Tool' Box".
