I just had my first return. And it is not in condition I sent - I sent a repurposed shrek tshirt pillow from my non smoking house and pillow sent back reeking of cigarette smoke. Person not only asking for refund but want a refund sent in different form - not Paypal - which is how they paid. I don't feel comfortable offering anything other than refund via Paypal. Should I mention the cigarette odor? Do I offer full/partial refund since pillow is now basically trashed. Thanks in Advance!
