HI everyone, I'm Jack and I love mucking about with scale and size. I try to recycle as much as I can from recycled jar, old toys and reused fabric to improve my impact.

Anyway I hope everyone likes my creations as much as I love making them and I hope I can make some good contributions to the team

I don't have a ton of upcycled items in my shop, but I do use repurposed denim in my coffee cozies when possible and I love vintage textiles. I've always intended to have baby dresses made out of vintage hankies be my key item--so far, I've been held up by the time it takes to produce them and other concerns, but hopefully I'll have more some day. There are a few in my shop.

It has nothing to do with my etsy shop, but I love salvage architecture. I have been known to pick up a few doors by the side of the road, and I just got a bay window off of freecycle. :] Sometimes I pin things along those lines.

Hi! Brand new to this team and glad to find it.
I've been a buyer on Etsy since 2009 and have had my shop open since March 2012. I began by selling usable vintage items.
Stifled at my job (and I actually worked at landfills and transfer stations), I started making crocheted Plarn items, including handbags and totes, some of which have vintage cloth linings and closures.
I love finding a new use for old things and making new things out of old.

Hi all! I'm new to this team and etsy so I'm still figuring it out. My English is not what it used to be, so I apologize in advance.

I sell upcycled clothes and vintage in my shop. I don't want to just sell items, I also want to make people conscious about things that you can use again, instead of throwing it in to the trash. As we say in Holland: een betere wereld begint bij jezelf. Translate: a better world starts with you!

Hello all Upcyclers!

I fit the mold for this team perfectly! My home and a couple of warehouses of full of my STUFF!

I collect about everything to work with my mixed media but I have so much stuff and no room and have no time for making my mixed Media projects! I have created a few things with many more in mind.

I used to go to auctions and estate sales all the time, charity shops and garage sales, flea markets( Still do), I just can't help myself! I know I am addicted to collecting!

If I find wonderful items in great condition I put them in my Vintage Shop, " frstyfrolk" and if not so good but have incomplete goodness, I tear it up! Oh, how, I love to tear up things!

I put the Supplies and my Handmade's along with my Mother's Handbags ( she is 83) in my " ByLightOfMoon" shop! We have also recently moved to the Mountains of North Carolina in retirement and I have found the forest and nature items. I already loved fairy's and dragonflies, along with gnomes, hobbits, elves, etc. I am a "SPIRIT of the FOREST" !

I blog about all of this life and day to day enjoyment on my blog " ByLightofMoon". It was just too hard to keep two blogs going so I share both shops there.

Hello! I am extremely new to Etsy and am hoping to get connected though joining communities! I have always been a huge supporter of upcycling, reusing, recycling, and reducing waste. I do so not just in the products I create, but just as a lifestyle. Right now, the only item I have listed in my shop that upcycles is https://www.etsy.com/listing/155076786/custom-wood-burned-sign. I use reclaimed pieces of wood to create wood burned signs with quotes, sayings, pictures, and more on them. I have several other upcycled items I plan to put in my shop involving corks and bottle caps. I'm excited to join this team for support and new ideas! Creating packaging that uses almost entirely recyclable materials out of entirely reused/recylced materials is very important to me. I strive to minimize packaging waste as packaging itself typically goes right to the trash can. I've begun leaving notes with my shipments urging customers to recycle packing materials. I just created my shop WrenewedDesigns and am so glad to have found a team for upcycling! I'm a bit new to the world of upcycling, but have quickly fallen in love with it! I started upcycling as a hobby and though I don't have any kids, my favorite things to make are children's room decor items. I love mixing rustic items I find with bright, vibrant colors. I'm new to this team and as of yesterday hadn't joined a team before, and wanted to join in!

I make lovely new clocks from old, broken, and very much unloved clocks and only use vintage parts in them (except for the movements) so I spend a lot of my time sourcing old clock parts. I paint, or decoupage, or use whatever technique looks good and suits my particular clock.

it's a gratifying experience, breathing new life and desire into something unwanted.

I'm so happy to have found this team. I sell vintage books. I've seen so many old books end up in the dumpster. I look for old, unloved books that can be loved by someone new or reused to create art. I have nothing against e-readers, but I still prefer to read an actual book :)

Hello all, I'm Marisa. My shop features lots of items using feathers, vintage music, vintage vinyl, vintage buttons, and more. I always upcycle in my creations, buying old candles to melt down at thrift shops, and using vintage paper. Whenever I create, I try to find a reusable product instead of getting something new. I'm so glad to be apart of this team. I didn't really knew what upcycling really was, I assumed it was just recycling. When I started my jewelry line, I knew I wanted to use only scrap copper to make my pieces. Not only was this a cost effective way of getting supplies, I was also helping to reduce the waste that was out there. I'm glad to see others have a similar interested as me.
