Although any Etsy member can view this thread, unfortunately, only team members are able to post on our threads, therefore, for now, the challenge is for members only.
Every challenge will consist of two categories:
Organic- fiber art, fabric, textiles, and any elements that are derived from nature, etc.
Industrial- repurposed metals, rubber, post consumer waste, electronic components, auto parts, etc.
*Please note that these categories are not strict and binding. As with any artistic or creative product, it is open to interpretation. It will be up to the member to which category they submit their entry. Ultimately, the votes will determine if they conveyed their interpretation. This is also applies to the theme of the challenge as well.
Each monthly challenge will have one theme for both categories.

Deadline for entering will always be on the 15th of every month.
Since there are members who create prints, paintings, graphic designs, collages, assemblages, photography, clothing with original designs, etc. It seems acceptable to create a photo highlighting or focusing on the portion of the product that represents the member's interpretation of the theme. However, if the entry is a particular "item" in singularity, it should be prominent enough to be the obvious entry, i.e. not the props, backgrounds or backdrops. The conveyance of theme is based on interpretation and is the responsibility of the creator. Expression of the theme through the composition of the photo is acceptable by the guidelines. Again, it should not be misconstrued what you are submitting, the product must be clear to the viewer. Remember to follow Etsy Do's and Don'ts for listings even if it's for Team Challenges.
Voting will begin on the 16th in the same discussion thread.
