Help someone left rude/mean convo

Someone just made up a fake account and left me the rudest convo about my rainbow art. I was just wondering how I am suppose to handle this situation? This has never happened to me before. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would never leave someone a rude convo. I am so upset by this. I'm scared this person is going to try and sabotage my shop.

Ignore it or Delete it. If they continue to "harass" you, report them to Etsy Admin.

Per Etsy's "DO's & DON'Ts:
•You must not use Conversations to knowingly harass or abuse another member.

It's too bad there are people out there with nothing better to do than try to bring others down. I'm not sure how they could "sabotage" your shop, but I wouldn't focus my attention on these clowns if I were you.

report it IMMEDIATELY to etsy. copy your screen with "grab" if you can, and send a photo of it to etsy. they can trace the email that set up that account in case they start a new profile.

I am just chiming in like a mother hen to cluck a bit. I don't know why people are so mean. Maybe they have a heart a few sizes too small. Maybe they are hurting and respond by inflicting pain on others, Whatever the reason, it is upsetting.
Something is wrong with a person wno would do that. I feel sorry for them and sorry they had to sting you.
YOU are just fine...in a few days the sting will lessen.

How sad to open account just to send rude convos... Really, some people don't have any joy in their lives! Your shop is lovely, no need to be down, you are doing good job!!!

I just want to say thank you so much guys! I truly appreciate all your kinds words it made my day to wake up and read these messages compared to the awful ones yesturday. I did report it to etsy. Thanks again. I love you upcyclers team :)

Mean people suck! Report it but don't delete it. In case they continue to harrass you. You will need all of the proof.
Don't feel bad, I feel sorry for the sender. They need to get a life.

Melissa, your shop is adorable and you are a LOVELY person! It may be from someone who sees your shop as competition. It's too bad that folks have to act that way. I also received a mean, snide convo last spring. I felt bad for days, however the many wonderful messages that I've also received, by far, cancel it out!
