negative feedback?

Is there a way to dispute negative feed back?? A woman left me bad feed back when i would not return her item b/c her husband said she spent to much and has posted some BOGUS lies!!!! Paypal also would not except her claim as she told them the same thing (buyer's remorse and waited almost two weeks before she made the claim!!) and then later tried to say it was damaged! PLEASE HELP!

The only thing I can think of for the damaged item is to ask her to send you a picture of the damaged item. If she refuses, then she is obviously trying to swindle you. Also, keep all records of any conversations you have with her. That's all I can think of. Hope I helped.
