So I just started re-working on my fan page again. Do you all have any tips on how to get more "likes"

I would like to get people that are also out of my friends list so I can start branching out some more

p.s. the "etsy showcase" app for facebook is really cool! You can put it on your fanpage and it shows the items for your shop. When they click on the item they like it brings them to your etsy shop. I found it under the "community" link on the top of the screen on etsy, then you go under the "apps" section and its called etsy showcase

I don't like FB but before the changes it was the main source of traffic to my shop outside of Google. The new "pay to promote" set up has actually killed that for me. I am looking for new ways to promote outside of FB. I am setting up a Google + account soon, and use Twitter, Pinterest and a Blog which at least give the user more control over visibility.

What are your thoughts on FB's changes?
