Hello! I'm Kirsten and I'm based in Leeds (although I'm Scottish by birth). I was a lawyer for 15 years until 2009 when I left to start up Quernus Crafts. I work exclusively with polymer clay and sculpt all sorts of animals, both cute and realistic - one day I'd like to try my hand at other types of clay :) Thanks for inviting me to join this new group :)

Welcome to the team Kirsten! Thank you for joining and accepting the invite!
I actually saw your feature on Folksy first and thought your little animal sculptures were amazing! I particularly love the mice you make!

Hi I'm Caro, in soggy Derbyshire

I make buttons and small things in stoneware and terracotta. I'm using an electric kiln right now, but once the land dries out I'm going to be building myself a woodfired brick kiln (about which I shall probably talk far too much!)

Hello everyone, I'm Fizzy and Thank you for inviting me to join the team. I love to work with polymer clay. I make a variety of dollhouse miniatures and jewellery items and hope to make sculptures and other crazy pieces of art in the future.

I'm from Warwickshire and work part time in a warehouse to substitute my passion for art but I'm hoping to be able to sculpt full time one day and work for myself. Looking forward to hearing more from everyone soon :)

Hello there :) My name is Aniko [Mandarin Duck] and I am a jewelry designer for 3 years now :) Usually I am working with polymer clay, semi precious stones and metals ( or combining them all together!) ... but sometimes I do experement a lot with different materials because I don't like any limitations to a style, niche or something like that :)
Nice to meet you all! :) have a nice day! :

Hi everyone. I'm Cathy from South Wales. I have the shop Ty Siriol Ceramics & Crafts along with my parents, Chris and Chris. The shop is named after my parents farm and Ty Siriol is Welsh for Cheerful House. My mum and I produce ceramics but also crocheted and knitted items. Hi I'm Quil.

Thanks for the invitation - it's quite exciting to be part of this team. I use ceramic clay and I make gifts and home decorations. At the moment I make a lot of lovespoons and ceramic postcards. I am originally from Watford in hertfordshire, but I live in South Wales now. I have a studio in my converted garage with my kiln in it (which has been called Lucy the Kiln by my 5yr old!)

Hello and thanks for the invitation to join your team. My name is Penny & I live and work in Hampshire. I started making ceramics about 6 or 7 years back at an evening class and fell in love with the wheel instantly. I just love to make things that I would like to have myself and really enjoy working with the white clays - stoneware, porcelain & paper porcelain.

I have a small studio 5 mins walk from home which I probably spend too much time at....

Hello everyone! What a great team we have!

I work predominately in stoneware ceramic creating homewares, decorations and garden accessories. I haven't been on Etsy long and I haven't been in this business long either. Last year was my first year trading and I am so excited to be working with clay full time.
Thanks for inviting me to join this team. I am honoured to be amongst so many great uk clay workers.

Most of my experience is in figurative ceramic sculpture, life size portraits, etc, but recently I have concentrated on making glazed ceramics, decorative items and jewellery in porcelain paper clay. I have also dabbled in silver and bronze PCM. I have an Etruscan electric kiln and a small electric jewellery kiln. I work at home and live in North Wales.

I look forward to making connections in this team!
